Jamie Lamonde

Founder + CEO

Jamie has spent her entire career immersed in the world of organic and sustainable brands. Jamie was a member of Organic Valley/CROPP Cooperative’s marketing team for 11 years, contributing to annual sales growth from $156 million to $930 million. In 2010, she founded Edible Madison, a magazine celebrating the abundance of local foods in Southern Wisconsin, which she published for 10 years before selling to Madison-based Forager Publishing. Jamie founded Kindship Group in 2020, merging her passion for helping mission-driven, organic and sustainable businesses with the passions of other amazing people she's collaborated with throughout her career. Jamie is dedicated to helping socially conscious brands, organizations and entrepreneurs succeed in order to transform our culture for the better.

Gage Mitchell

Creative Director

Gage sees everything as a design challenge. Whether it's designing new business strategies, designing to solve community problems, or designing your life to be more fulfilling. When on a long overseas trip, he saw wonderful people and beautiful countries mired in a sea of western trash…much of which had been designed by someone like him. This became his inspiration for his next challenge – to design a better world by building a responsible design studio that works with mission-driven brands and spreads sustainable design knowledge. When Gage isn’t trying to save the world with design, he’s probably sipping delicious craft beer or experimenting in the kitchen.

  • “Jamie and Kindship Group were extremely helpful for me as a first-time author. I didn’t know where to begin with publishing, and Jamie and the team guided me every step of the way. I felt held, supported, encouraged, and most importantly celebrated! Creative Entrepreneurship can be lonely. Working with Kindship Group was like hiring a heart-based team of triple-A members that I didn't have to manage!”

  • “Kindship developed Farmer Direct Organic's brand identity through what I can only describe as the Kindship system. From consumer focus groups through final brand design, messaging and PR, Kindship Group worked their magic for Farmer Direct Organic. Kindship Group has a significant advantage, for companies like ours, over most agencies, as they have an expert understanding of and relationships with many in the organic industry. Few agencies can claim these deep roots and understanding of our space and market. I give my highest recommendation to any company looking to work with Kindship Group.”
